Stand up-self defense using 70% kicks & 30% hand techniques. Great program for kids and adults to learn discipline and self control.


Kickboxing

Great cardio workout that incorporates knee strikes, elbows, kicks, and a lot of hand combos. Classes are full of excitement & energy. Workouts are made fun with music playing in the background.


Brazilian Juijitsu

Ground fighting/self defense is an important aspect of becoming a well rounded martial artist. Being able to protect one's self on the ground is beneficial so we may get back on our feet, where we are most comfortable.


Strength & Conditioning

Conditioning the body is an important aspect when trying to "look fit" and stay in shape. Stegnthening the muscles will allow us to reinforce basic techniques learned in class.
